The app is also designed to function well in online and offline/low-connectivity situations, enabling you to pre-search for areas of interest or travel when Wi-Fi/cellular connectivity is available, and then revisit those results later when reaching a new location using just GPS.

Café Wifi can automatically connect you to certain Wi-Fi networks instantly, and provides detailed data about them at various establishments as well. — It also provides a mode to simultaneously check-in on Foursquare/Swarm when visiting workable spaces, if you wish! (optional)

Certain in-store features (for use at cafés and workspaces only) require continued operation of GPS. These features can decrease battery life, but are not enabled by default.
